One Caltrans supervisor stated they prefer this method because the request is easily tracked and forwarded to the appropriate region/district.

Reporting Local Graffiti

If you are in the City of Los Angeles, the procedure for reporting local graffiti on the street through "Operation Clean Sweep" is thankfully rather simple. You can call 3-1-1 or use this on-line form:
