The National Center for Women & Policing is holding its 8th Annual Leadership Conference in Los Angeles, CA, at the Wilshire Grand Hotel from April 22-26, 2003. The conference is intended to give participants a deeper understanding of the dynamics and impacts greater numbers of women make on the culture, operations and efficacy of law enforcement.

This year's conference features sessions with nationally recognized experts on some of the most critical law enforcement issues of our day including countering the trafficking of human beings, new initiatives for ending violence against women, preventing gender discrimination, and strategies for monitoring domestic terrorism.
