Neighbor To Neighbor
Community Mobilization Project

Fayette/Aldama region
Northeast Division

LA Community Policing is proud to be participating in the ongoing "Neighbor To Neighbor Community Mobilization Projects" developed by grassroots community members and government officials in the Northeast Area, and soon to be established in Hollenbeck and Rampart Divisions.

C-PABs play a major role.

The first "Neighbor To Neighbor" events were dedicated to the Glassell Park community, and LA Community Policing's Everett Littlefield, a Northeast Division C-PAB member, played a key role.

The second project launched the end of October, and was devoted to a neighborhood surrounding Chevy Chase Park in Atwater Village ... in a community that has felt neglected for too long. LACP's efforts were coordinated by Bobbie Logan, Everett and Mary Littlefield and Bill Murray.

The third such event was held in the Fayette/Aldama region on Saturday, Feb. 28th -- the "Fayette/Aldama Door to Door Campaign” -- and the companion "Fayette-Aldama Resource Fair" will be held Saturday, March 20th.

Once again, LA Community Policing is planning to assist.
