Dear Neighbors,

I am forwarding you some information regarding the opening of Local Assistance for the "Sayre" Fire Victims in Sylmar. Please feel free to forward on to anyone who you may know who was affected and needs assistance.

Over 600 families have lost their home, cars and everything in them. Many didn't have adequate insurance, and many others have minimal resources. The outpouring of support and donations has been overwhelming. There is a fund set up at St. Didacus Church where you can make monetary donations and know that the victims will be the ones receiving these funds. For more information, please contact St. Didacus Church at 14337 Astoria St. Sylmar, CA 91342 (818) 367-6181.

Thank you.
