HOSTING POLITICAL DEBATES

Whenever we get into the political season, we try and remember to remind Neighborhood Councils about the rules that apply when hosting a political debate or a meeting at which at least one candidate will be speaking.

As city entities, there are rules that ensure fairness. 

Soon there will be an election to fill the vacancy on School Board that was created by the election of Jose Huizar to the City Council.  So this information is limited to a few Neighborhood Councils .... this time.
