The ABCs for LAPD on how to be able to answer alarm calls

A) Take all the sworn personnel who were recruited, trained, and are being paid premium wages and benefits, and remove them from inside 'civilian' budgeted positions.

B) Place those sworn personnel into patrol duties.

C) You now have enough sworn personnel to answer alarm calls.
