The solution is not policing, it's a weak Judicial system

Dear Sir:

I thank you for your interest in community policing, and trying to solve the problem of violence within our City.

The fact remains that no matter who tries, the solution is not policing; (Try Legislation!)

Our Judicial system is weak and so are our Judges, we must focus on the state system so that changes will take place... how about Domestic Terrorism, is it so difficult to impose the Law that will punish such action or activity?

Do we just sit and wait for our children or our neighbors' children to be killed because we do not have the wiliness to lobby our State Legislators to amend the Laws that protect us and our neighbors?!

Sincerely,

Eddie Durán
