It's too bad free services also have a price

To the editor:

I was a participate in the barrio action youth and family services center [in El Sereno]. Apparently they are selective in whom they chose to service.

I was in counseling from may 2003 until I was told they could no longer service me. I have sent a letter to Councilman Pachecho.

I thought it was a community service for the community not a selected few.

It's too bad free services also have a price.
