Are The Police Sleeping?

I have lived in Los Angeles most of my life and even raised my children here. I used to like going on Melrose to window shop, and even just to walk, but now it is horrible and infested with drugs dealers after 8 pm.

Just take a walk starting from Western Ave going west. You cant miss what's going on unless you are sleeping.

What used to be nice about this area has slip through the cracks ... just trying to live and enjoy a simple walk has become a nightmare.

I hope and pray that the proper authority will take a look at who is sleeping on the job!

It sure isnt the dope dealers.
