Master's graduate in Pakistan seeks Ph.D. program

I am Tariq Mehmood, from Pakistan, a M.SC. Criminology from Sindh University in Jamshoro, Pakistan.

I've completed research thesis work on proactive policing (strategies, efficacy & analysis) and have 15 exprience at different institutions.
